I’m Michelle, my focus is on helping you to connect with the part of yourself who wants to live differently. You don’t need to know the destination; we can work it out — just a direction and the desire for things to be different.

Clients who work with me say that I enable them to feel at ease and that I can connect even when they struggle to put it into words. I have helped people overcome serious life obstacles and my approach is real because I understand what it feels like.

My background spans global leadership development across the UK & the Middle East and prior to that a 16-year career within custodial environments in the UK. With ALL these experiences came my own challenges, which I had to overcome.

Life is not always linear and thank goodness for that!  It enhanced my empathy for myself and other people at the deepest level.

I practice psychological safety and work in a trauma informed way with all my clients to create a supportive space where you can; release unhelpful thoughts, build resilience and make tangible progress. Whether in a clinic, in a custodial environment or a community/corporate setting, I can support.
